Leasebymonth.com offers month to month leasing of high end sports and luxury cars. The program is a custom tailored lease arranged for your specific financial needs. The lease term is set to 12 months but you may terminate the lease at any time with no penalties from our company!

It is of great benefit for clients (1) who switch cars often, (2) who don’t finish their term leases or (3) have wealth but no credit, (4) do not want the lease to show on their credit report so as to preserve their debt:income ratio, (5) want asset protection so that the auto does not appear on their credit report or financial statements (ie: divorce, lawsuits). The benefits are achieved through tax savings compared to purchasing outright, traditional purchase financing or traditional leasing.

The lease allows you to have the luxury or sports car for as short a term as you desire and switch as often as you wish. You are able to find the car that you want or we can find one for you (both subject to approval and requires a 1% acquisition fee).

The requirements for this lease and include (1) cash collateral investment in the company, on which you will earn a fixed rate of return currently at 6.00%, (2) acceptance of losses in the event of market fluctuations in the value of the leased vehicle, (3) driver’s license, (4) auto insurance. The minimum age is 16.

The leases are $0 down. A cash collateral investment in the company is required. Transportation fees apply roundtrip, license plate fee estimated at $200, and lease setup fee of $1000.

Pricing and Fees: Month-to-Month Lease

A cash collateral deposit in the company is required, along with the 1 st month’s payment, applicable sales tax, a $1000 lease setup fee, license plate fee (estimate $200), any roundtrip transport fees if desired.

Alternative scenario 1: sale price at 12 months is $85,000. Net cost per month rises to $1416.67.

Alternative scenario 2: sale price at 12 months is $95,000. Net cost per month drops to $583.37.

* The values shown above are a prediction. Market fluctuations, condition of car on return, maintenance/repairs needed and mileage used are among the factors that determine the market value. This value is set by the sale price of the vehicle (less a 1% sale fee), and sale is at the discretion of the company. You the client are more then welcome to set a consignment price while you are in your lease or arrange a buyer for the vehicle if you wish and accept the value offered (also less a 1% sale fee).

Transport fees vary from a few hundred to $2000 depending on distance from the warehouse the car you select is stored in. Return transport is also your responsibility. You may arrange your own transport if you wish. You may opt to pickup the car and avoid transport charges.

License Plates:
Vehicles carry Florida plates which are billed to you at actual cost, usually around $200.

Maintenance and Repairs:
The vehicles have maintenance and service records and manufacturer’s recommended maintenance and services along with repairs are your responsibility.
