month to month leasing of high end sports and luxury cars as well as daily
rental service. The program is a
custom tailored lease arranged for your specific financial needs. The lease
term is 1 month at a time or just 1 day at a time!
It is of great benefit for
clients (1) who switch cars often, (2) who don’t finish their term leases or
(3) have wealth but no credit, (4) do not want the lease to show on their
credit report so as to preserve their debt:income ratio, (5) want asset
protection so that the auto does not appear on their credit report or
financial statements (ie: divorce, lawsuits). The benefits are achieved
through tax savings compared to purchasing outright, traditional purchase
financing or traditional leasing.
The lease allows you to have
the luxury or sports car for as short a term as you desire and switch as
often as you wish. You must select from the vehicles available. The
program is limited to Sarasota, Florida and surrounding areas
and Youngstown, OH and surrounding areas.
The requirements for this
lease include (1) security deposit (2) driver’s license, (3) auto
insurance and a minimum age of 25. The leases are $0 down but do require a
security deposit equivalent to 3 months worth of payments in addition to 1st
month payment and lease setup fee of $500 (waived for daily rental service). Transportation fees apply
roundtrip if necessary.

Pricing and Fees:
Month-to-Month Lease:
A security deposit* equivalent to 3 months payments is required along
with the 1st month’s payment, applicable sales tax, a $500 lease
setup fee, any roundtrip transport fees if desired.

License Plates: Vehicles carry Florida
plates. They are NOT dealer plates.
Maintenance and Repairs:
The vehicles have maintenance and service records and manufacturer’s
recommended maintenance and services along with repairs are your
responsibility.
Insurance: The vehicles
are required to be listed on your personal automobile insurance policy for
the term of the lease or rental period.
