LeaseByMonth offers month to month leasing of high line sports and luxury cars.
It is of benefit for clients (1) who switch cars often, (2) who don’t finish
their term leases, (3) have wealth but denied credit elsewhere, (4) do not want
the lease to show on their credit report to preserve their debt:income ratio,
(5) want asset protection (ie: divorce, lawsuits). The benefits are achieved
through tax savings compared to purchasing outright, traditional purchase
financing or leasing.
The lease allows you to have the luxury or sports car for a short term (minimum
6 months) and allows more frequent switching than traditional leasing.
The requirements for this lease and include (1) security deposit (2) driver’s
license, (3) auto insurance and a minimum age depending on the vehicle. The
leases are $0 down. Security Deposit of 3 months rent is applicable.
Transportation fees, lease setup fee of $500 and plate fees apply.

Maintenance and Repairs:
The vehicles have maintenance and service records retained on file.
Between leases, the cars are maintained to manufacturer’s
recommended maintenance and service recommendation. During your lease,
as with all cars purchased or leased in the United States, routine
maintenance and repairs are your
responsibility. Pre- and Post- Lease Inspections are performed for
protection of Lessor and Lessee.
Insurance: The vehicles
are required to be listed on your personal automobile insurance policy for
the term of the lease period.
