Can I terminate my lease at any time and get a refund of my deposit ?

You may terminate your lease at any time after the 6 month minimum and are entitled to a refund of the deposit in accordance with the terms of the lease. Generally, the deposit is refunded and the lease is terminated after calculating any excess mileage, damages on the car, outstanding late payments or fees and outstanding repair needs.

What if I donít like the car ?

The vehicle can be resold to someone else. RPM Exotics will make every effort to minimize your loss, and to assist you with a refund upon resale or trade to another satisfactory vehicle.

What if I find the car for less somewhere else ?

No dealer is a competitor to RPM Exotics; they are our friends.  If you find a car at another dealership for a lower cost than RPM Exotics can obtain, allow RPM Exotics to obtain that specific vehicle from that specific dealership and still save you money through our leasing affiliates and at trade-in.  The savings, even if not up front at acquisition, will quickly add up and benefit you much more as time passes.

How do I get information about cars for sale ?

We have tried to be as descriptive as possible in our website.  Our format includes a clear listing of the year, make, model, colors, mileage and options on the car along with photographs.  Please email or call for any further information.

Most vehicles are located in our Sarasota, Florida USA location. Other cars may be consignment vehicles from other cities or states.  RPM Exotics seeks to earn your confidence and business with the combination of our intelligently designed business, low overhead and unbeatable service.  Showings will be by appointment.

Where is your office and how do I see or drive one of the cars ?

We are located in Sarasota, FL, USA.  Our business model caters to a very discerning clientele. As such, each viewing is by private appointment only. This allows us to give our full attention to each client and their needs.  If there is a vehicle you have in interest in, please email or call us so that we can answer all of your questions. 

We realize that you have a choice of where to shop for and buy your vehicle.  Our goal is to appeal to the subset of customers who appreciate our meticulous selection of both cars and clients.  We provide personalized care and attention, along with a good selection of exotic and sports cars to these verified clients and would enjoy earning your respect for our business model.

How do I get financing ?

While we do not offer in-house financing, we do have relationships with banks and third-party leasing companies. We will try our best to obtain for you the best possible price at the best possible interest rate.

How do I decide about buying the car without a test drive ?

Because we deal with mainly low-mileage exotic cars, test driving of those vehicles is not permitted.  A ride, at our discretion, will be provided for prospective clients only after we have verified proof of financing or credit approval. This protects your interests as well, as you can be rest assured that your vehicle has not been abused or at all driven by any test driver.

What does vehicle shipping cost ?

Shipping costs vary depending on location and timeframe. Enclosed carriers are a little more costly than the open carrier rates estimated below. We have a network of trusted carriers, who will be able to give exact price quotes in writing.  These fees range and are approximately as follows:

    $150-250 within Florida, $700 Florida to Ohio/PA/New York, $900 to Texas/Nevada, $1200 to California, $1400 Washington state

What is your refund policy ?

Due to the nature of the vehicles we carry, there are no refunds given for purchases. However, we invite you to have each car professionally inspected to alleviate your concerns before purchasing. We do the same for each car we purchase for our inventory.  In cases where financing is obtained, most banks obtain a title search to assess the vehicle history.  Service records are provided where possible, but may not always be available.  If you would like us to buy your car back, we will attempt to correct whatever problems you note, then resell the car to someone else.  Any losses incurred would be passed on to you in the transaction.  In most cases, these losses will be minimal to none since the cars were obtained at excellent prices to begin with.
